Systèmes Biologiques
Notre laboratoire étudie les ensembles structuraux et les interactions de biomolécules critiques. Une grande partie de notre travail se concentre sur l’étude des peptides Aβ de la maladie d’Alzheimer et des peptides antimicrobiens liés aux lipid bilayers, en explorant les mécanismes fondamentaux qui régissent leur fonction et leur pathologie.

Méthodologie Computationnelle
Nous développons et appliquons des enhanced sampling techniques avancées pour surmonter les limites d’échelle de temps de la dynamique moléculaire standard. Notre expertise est centrée sur les simulations de replica-exchange molecular dynamics (REMD), y compris des variantes telles que replica-exchange with solute tempering (REST). Nous étudions également de manière rigoureuse la force field dependence biomoléculaire par le biais de simulations exhaustives.

Découverte de Médicaments
Nous exploitons la biophysique computationnelle pour accélérer la découverte et l’optimisation de nouvelles approches thérapeutiques. Nos méthodologies incluent les techniques de free energy perturbation (FEP), l’ensemble-based drug design, MM-GBSA, le molecular docking, et la force field parameterization rigoureuse des ligands pour comprendre leur impact sur la structure des protéines.
